Instant Kuji:
Instant Menu feature is in Beta. In the event of any errors that occur, we reserve the right to cancel your order or adjust your prizes.
How it works:
There will be 5 minute windows. At each wave, our system will randomly pick your items based on what you purchased within this window. (i.e. 5 tix = 5 items, 1 tix = 1 item). At the end of each wave, an email will be sent to you with all your consolidated pulls within the window.
Range of prizes and Odds will be refreshed every 5 minutes and be reflected on the product page itself.
*Do note that:
- Instant Menu Sets are separate from sets used for livestream.
- Quantity shown on main page reflects the stock used for livestream by default.
- If the listing has a [Pre-order] status, orders will only be ready for shipment between 2 weeks to 2 months. You will be contacted when the items are ready for shipment.
- Self collection is also available as per livestream menu.

(You do not have to be present during the draw. If you are not present, your ticket(s) will be pulled randomly and you may ask about your draw in our 'Missed your Kuji Draw?' section)
-You may check the odds of the set(s) before purchasing during our livestream.
-Tickets are non-refundable, no cancellations, returns or exchanges will be allowed after purchase.
