We are committed to offering flexible and fair shipping rates based on the actual weight of your order. For transparency, we have stated our shipping terms here.
How Shipping Is Calculated:
As most of the products we sell are blind boxes and kuji, the weight of the items that you will receive may vary greatly. Hence, we only charge the minimum shipping fee upon check-out. If your parcel is heavier than the maximum weight for the lowest fee, we will reach out to you to request for a top-up. Furthermore, most customers tend to make multiple orders per session. Hence, it is not very practical/cost-efficient to pay for shipping each time an order is made. Therefore, we allow order consolidation in order to reduce the costs that you will have to pay for shipping.
When you are ready to ship your item, please contact us either through our email at wellwellothere.official@gmail.com, or via Telegram @wellwellotherelblbn (we are more responsive here!) We will then proceed to weigh your parcel and provide you the quotations!
International Shipping:
International shipping rates are also weight-based and will be calculated during checkout. Customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
