Local (Singapore)
Arranging for Delivery Within Singapore:
Shipping is primarily handled via our shop on TikTok. To trigger your delivery, you can order a poly mailer from this link. (remember to add a note with your name and one of your order numbers so that we can identify you!)
Self-Pickup
We are open for self-collection at Marymount! Self-pickup is free. Kindly message us via our email or telegram @wellwellotherelblbn. We will provide our exact location thru these channels. Please inform us at least one day in advance before coming down (so that we can prepare your items for collection)!

International
Arranging for Delivery:
You will be charged a basic shipping fee upon checkout which covers parcels up to 250g. If your parcel exceeds this weight, we’ll contact you via email for a top-up. If you’ve paid more than required, the excess will be refunded as store credits.
If your parcel weight is within 250g, we will pack and ship your order automatically, so please ensure that your address and other details are correct! Do note that we will not cover the cost of return shipping if your parcel is returned!

Due to space constraints, please ensure that you arrange for delivery/self-pickup within 2 weeks after making your order (unless your orders are for pre-order items)
If collection/shipment is not arranged within 2 weeks after your order was placed, Wellwellothere reserves the right to sell, dispose of, or discard the items. Our company will not be held liable for any losses incurred under such circumstances.
We take 1-2 days to process your order and another 1-2 days to ship out your orders. We mainly use SingPost/J&T to mail out your orders.
Shipping times will vary depending on your location!
Local orders will be about 1-2 days.
International Orders should arrive between 1-6 weeks.
We are not liable for any import taxes (VAT/GST) that might apply to international orders outside of Singapore.
We accept VISA, Master, AMEX, UnionPay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and Paynow.

You will be sent a tracking number only if you have opted for tracked shipping options upon checkout. Airmail and untracked mail do not come with a tracking number.
We do not provide refunds for orders that have already been dispatched (during LIVEs, strictly no refund after orders have been placed). If the item received is defective, kindly drop us an enquiry (stating your email address and order number clearly) and we will attend to you in 1-2 working days!

Once an order has been processed, we cannot cancel it. If you need to make any changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
