RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY

We are unable to offer returns/refunds for the following product types:

1. KUJI/LOTTERY PRODUCTS
All items falling under the "Kuji" category, be it online, instant, and pre-order, are strictly non-refundable. This is due to the nature of the product, where the ticket pull cannot be reversed after opening.

2. BLIND/MYSTERY/SURPRISE/ BOXES OR GASHAPONS
All items falling under the "Blind Box/Gashapon" category cannot be refunded after the items have been opened. This is because blind boxes cannot be resealed and resold by the seller after they have been opened, and also to honor the spirit/nature of the blind box product. Wouldn't you agree that blind boxes would lose their magic if they could be easily returned if you didn't get the design you expected?
