-You are encouraged to allow us to open the foil during LIVE, any defects found during LIVE due to manufacturing issues will be offered fixing services / exchanged 1 for 1 on the spot.

-Any manufacturing issues due to blinds being shipped will be assessed on a case by case basis, please drop us a text in telegram or send us an email.

-No returns, refunds or exchanges for blind boxes which are received broken due to courier issues, please follow up with the courier company regarding such cases.
